Been busy, sick, and generally in no mood to get out of bed, let alone update a podcast. But it's time to man up, as people way cooler than me have said on countless occasions when the time for bitching gave way to a time for ACTION. So expect a new Brasserie in the next couple of days. And expect it to be awesome.
In the meantime, I picked up Nekromantix' Life Is A Grave And I Dig It not too long ago, and on the whole it's good. Pete Sandorff's guitar and backing vocals can never be replaced, but Troy Destroy (from the Rezurex) does his best to introduce a newer, more rockin' style to the band. And Nekroman is his usual campy self, which plays better on some songs than others (the title track is excellent, "Rot In Hell," well, isn't). But overall, I think it's worth getting, just allow it a few days to grow on you.
